I own a 2007 View -- just wanted to say I really appreciate the upgrades you've done! I'd love indoor storage for my MTB but I don't have a J model so thats out. I may be adding a dirt bike to my setup this summer and may take some ideas from your rack design though. Good luck with the sale.
I shared some of your photos in a View group on FB to show them the bike storage, I think some others will appreciate improving what was kind of a dumb design from the factory.
