It's the factory XJ piece. There are two versions, one long, and one short; this is the short one.

correct. the 3/4 length like i have is the only one that will fit on the confines of the JKU hardtop. thankfully though, the way the piece is constructed - it would be really easy to cut down if you wanted to make it fit on a regular 2 door hardtop.

Enjoy following your thread, all of the major stuff on my 12 JKUR is done so its little things like lights and CB projects for me but reading your thread makes me want to find another big project :sombrero: Fender flares maybe? Your Jeep looks great and you have made some great choices in your build.

thanks. you're the first person ive seen with nemesis rockers. i thought i was being pretty original haha. i personally enjoy the little projects way more than the big ones, i get to be more creative with them.

today i had some goodies come, unfortunately no pics yet. Poly Performance sent me their Synergy Ball Joints to replace my stockers in the near future after which I'm sure they'll be destroyed promptly with burning the C gussets on. I also received my set of Bilstein 5100s to replace my now sold Fox's and a extreme fraction of the cost.

so current to do list is as stands

-Finish rockers
-Install Front HD Synergy trackbar mount
-Install Rear HD Synergy trackbar mount
-Install Front axle sleeve
-Install Front Artec Truss
-Install Rear Artec Truss
-Install Artec C Gussets
-Install Currie control arm skid plates
-Remove Nth Diff skid
-Install Synergy HD Balljoints
-Install Bilstein 5100s
-Install rear Currie SS brakelines
-Buy and Install front Currie SS brakelines
-Buy and Install Rokmen F/R Bumpstops
-Decide between OME HD Heavy Load 2.25" coils and Currie 4" coils
-Find a place for Maxtrax during summer softop use
-Buy and Install EVO Quarter Pounder bumper and stick the W9.5 CTIS in it with my kickass viking fairlead


and - decide if i want to do a drop down tailgate. and if i do, design a drop down table for the tire carrier when its open

Nice build! Why did you remove the Nth degree rear diff skid? What did you decide on coils? Personally, I had a set of Currie 4" and did not like them as much as my AEV progressive coils.

Won't fit with the artec rear truss without serious modifications. I've actually revised my plans and I think I'm going with 2.25" OME springs and 40s for end game

I run OME springs and shocks. I refer to it as my caddy Jeep.

There are 2 "heavy" spring rates for OME. I have the lighter of the two (375 lb?), and they are fantastic. You will be happy with OME.

See, I have a hard on for diesels and for whatever reason the EPA decided to have the strictest emission laws for diesels in the world. That's where I get angry
