Serious inquiries only please. Located Central Phoenix, AZ.

Ford E350 5.4 V8 XLT Flexfuel Passenger van. RWD. Camper van conversion. We have had this van for the last 3 years but are changing to a travel trailer so we are selling. My son is disabled and so I have taken excellent care of this van and updated all the major age related items since we've owned it with OEM or equivalent parts. Oil changes every 6 mo / 5K miles with full synthetic (Valvoline R&P). Recently replaced all spark plugs and PCV valve with OEM Motorcraft. Van runs and drives perfectly with no mechanical issues. Cold AC.

The buildout is basic but functional, easy to take out and have your own blank slate.

BFG K02 load E tires DOT 2022 with matching spare all in perfect condition. Lot's of tread left on all tires, never punctured or patched.

11/22 - Front seats by FieldVan ($700)
2/23 - Hightop with MaxAir fan installed by Fiberine in CA. ($6,528)
Updated stereo unit by prior owner.

Maintenance History - I have receipts for all major work.

4/24 - upper/lower ball joints, radius arm and axle pivot bushings by Network Alignment in Phx.
8/25 - Remanufactured Transmission by TriCity Transmissions in Phx (they are the best in the valley, look them up!). Transmission functions perfectly and will be good for the long term now.

Motor and transmission mounts were replaced with OEM Motorcraft at the same time

We've taking this van all over the west and up and down Baja Mexico, we love it, and are sad to see it go. I would not hesitate to use this as a daily driver or take it on the PanAmerican tomorrow.

Known but minor issues. (1) After sitting for a few weeks when starting the 'service stabilitrac' light comes on, this goes away on restart and does not come back on until sitting a few weeks again. (2) Rear AC blend door - Easy to access but not yet replaced 10-100 dollar repair. (3) The steering box has a small seep so it looks wet, but there is no measurable loss of power steering fluid in 3 years and it functions perfectly. (4) It's a camper, so small cosmetic things, evidence of use.

This van was initially a Gov Fleet Vehicle used to 'Road Surface Test' new roads, hence the 'RST 10' badge on the side. When it was replaced by the newer transit fleet the primary user bought it, sold it to his son who did an initial camper conversion. I bought it from him. Ready for the next owner.
