Yeah, I can't believe they aren't making it anymore. Highly disappointed in Jeep! I'm sure it will make a comeback.

Totally agree on the color. It really is stunning.
I had a Forerunner in a similar color, and loved it. Didn't show dirt too much, blended in with the surroundings, and very classy.

Been helping a friend swap a 360 into an old A body Valiant. It's not going anywhere near as quick, or cool as this Hemi swap.

yeah, will keep my fingers crossed as well.
For me, a lot of the excitement is that you already have experience with a V8 conversion on a JK, and your use is similar to what mine will be (if I ever get time to go further than the driveway...). That, along with you calling things the way you see it in an unbiased manner, makes your evaluation and experiences worth paying close attention to.
And really, a full on AEV JK with a Hemi... THAT is pretty awesome, to any gear head off road enthusiast. :beer:
