not seeing any problems with the launch, and the clock is running. expect liftoff early saturday, with the idea of linking w/rainier on the way in, so he can show me the way.
allah&suzi willing, we should be able to make camp in daylight.
i will bring some extra gruel, so kevin and adam don't starve to death, at least for the first couple of days.......

haha- I knew that..... it's 'cause he takes it so well.
i suspect fresno area before 11:00(realize it takes forever for suzi the psychic), but i prefer to bypass that burg.
perhaps you might consider jumping off at sanger? take one of those straight lines to 168(tollhouse rd.?), assuming you're running up 99.
could cut a big chunk.

Thanks richard, we will start a group text once we hit the road to kinda stay in the loop on time line. Looks lIke Sanger is 10 hrs from my place. Hopefully we can make good time and achieve that 10 or 11 hour mark, then west lake is about 2 or 2.5 hours from Sanger, not to bad. I will try and make sure I'm out my door at 3 am. That should put us in good shape on time.

Got my rig back today it ain't perfect, but it will have to do. We are now going to leave early Friday and get a Motel. Dakota wants to hit a pool. So I think we get a motel in Barstow, then late afternoon at the camp Saturday.

I got my rig back too, got some new shoes! But the 0mm offset ripped some metal right off my break caliper... So I'm really time crunching here. I almost thought I was going to have to cancel the trip.. we'll see what the mechanic says tomorrow...:/

You can etch "Wash Me" into the paint with my Die Grinder. :wings: Speaking of which checked the welding kit and remembered we needed more cut off wheels, so I just grabbed some. That is after "re-certifying" my camping propane tanks. Now that's a racket.....
