Curious if there's an issue with factory front brake lines otherwise, or were you asking due to Carli lift height?

Factory brake lines were replaced after that picture was taken. Carli lines (actually made by Crown Performance) were included in the kit.

The factory lines are definitely too short if you tried to bolt that bracket back in place.

Expo Forum Rule 13.02(a)(4) clearly states:
“The usage of the word Build may not be used in a thread when owner of said project is paying someone else to do all the work on it, in these instances, the word Assembly must be used”

It’s right there in the rules bro!

Cool. I'm running the Carli 2.5 coils and couldn't figure out how you could use the factory lines. It's good to know I needed the money lines ?

Why the hub hate? Ours have worked well for 2 years including rock crawling. VAC actuation is nice for shift on the fly. Thought about changing them out but they work fine. Did yours fail?

Ive never had any issues with the stock locking hubs when operated manually.
But not all have the manual function. Some are vacuum only.

The unit bearings on the other hand....

When you need unit bearings, I highly recommend you swap over to traditional serviceable bearings.
The dynatrac freespin kit is a great setup. Zero regrets.

We bought out truck used. The auto feature has never worked. Passenger locking hub was exploded. It took me 3 hours to finangle all the pieces out. I replaced both wheel bearings and vacuum seals with Motorcraft parts. The auto hubs still didn't work. I took it to the dealer and they said the vacuum was working and that wanted to replace all the parts I had already replaced. I told them hard pass. I'm glad I have the option to manually lock the hubs.

My brother had a 15'and now a 19' as weld trucks. He has had problems with the hubs on both trucks. I think the system works better in dry climates but humid climates are hard on them.

To be clear... the Ford auto hub feature (vacuum) doesnt work well in ANY climate.
Its 100% reliant upon the inner wheel seal (as well as delicate vac lines) to hold vacuum, and regardless of conditions, they all seem to fail.
And depending upon the vintage of the vehicle, if the wheel seal fails, the darn HVAC blend door(s) also fail to operate.

Being a previous Toyota fan boy I travel with Toyota fan boys. When I get out to lock the hubs they ask when was the last time I owned a Toyota younger than me that had manual hubs. I ask them how much lift they needed for 35s?
