Wait, you got 21 mpg with a 7.3 gasser? That's nuts. I get 15.9 100% highway in my GX460 on 32s......Premium
Almost jumped in my GX to trade it in...lol Good mileage on the 3.5, I wouldn't mind that on a new Tremor.

Well the GX is grossly overweight for it's size and the full-time 4WD adds a lot of drag to the driveline further robbing power and efficiency. I am seeing 18-22 mpg in my RAM 3500 on 37's, maybe it's time for a HD truck in your stable? I miss my GX from time to time but then I remind myself that I'll get to build the Land Cruiser out one day and I forget all about it haha.

I'll be dumping the GX when my new house in TX is finished at the end of June. It's a good vehicle, but I've never had "that feeling" with it. I miss my truck damn near every day even though it wasn't that nice.

Canyon Falls in Argyle. “North DFW” I’ll have to make my way down by you to do some beach driving once we’re settled in.

I know the area well, it's really growing up that way of late. I spent nearly eight years in Plano/Frisco in another life lol. Definitely give me a shout, I am not sure how much longer we will be here along the coast, we are pushing for a move more central within the next year, if employment allows of course.

Even better. That’s closer. I’ll definitely hit you up.

FYI I have 15k on my 7.3 tremor, with 4:30 gears, 35 inch tires, a stock 2 inch lift (17 to19 super duty suspension), all are stock components that come on the tremor package with the cut air damn I am setting 14 mpg on the highway. I don’t think this is bad considering what it is, if you want better a standard super duty with 3:55 gears will do about 2 mpg better.

I’ve owned allot of trucks, the only one I ever get complements on is the tremor, everyone seams to like it and to be honest I’m very satisfied espically with the 7.3.

The Tremor's are nice and that's what I originally set out to buy before the whole Covid/Chip shortage nonsense hit. I've owned some really nice trucks over the years and I get more thumbs up and hell yea's for this silly stripped down RAM single cab than I have for all of the others combined. It doesn't make any sense to me but it's fun to watch.

I hate how tremors are only offered in a crew cab short bed though. thats terrible IMO.

Have you tried ordering a long bed? I am not surprised if that in fact is the case as it's the by far the most popular combination sold. I am loving having an 8ft bed again, so much room for activities lol.
