Cover shipping and its yours! It might be missing a bit of the hardware that was robbed for other projects. This was a mis-marked box that ARB sent out, shortly after they altered the design slightly (color and latch mounting) so it didn't work out with any future bumpers we were doing and they didn't want it back. Given the fact your going a different direction with both the color and latch it might be a the perfect fit.

Bump. If you can make this work I would love to send it your way. I'm sure shipping wouldn't be more than $20-25? LMK :D

BJOWETT, thanks for the info on the lockers. I was wondering, when you have time, if you could do a write-up on the trimming you did to accommodate the 37's? That would be some useful info! thanks.

The significant "trims" are the body/cab mount just aft the wheel well and the flattening of the pinch weld seam in the same area. Mind you, this is required as the truck is retaining full wheel travel, which isn't very much up front when crossed up, with only 2 - 2.5" of lift. I need to do a little more testing as future mods will allow better articulation. Larger lifts and wheels with less positive offset can get away w/o. I'll try to do a better write up shortly. 35"ers are easy.

Soon to happen mod - KDSS from a 200 series. All the benefits of swaybars with none of the downsides.

Hi Brian, as usual your build is awesome. Is there pre-detonation with your super charger? The two OEM super chargers I've been associated with (FJ Cruiser, 80 series cruiser) have both detonated. Does TRD address this issue with this set up?

I ask because my father has a 2010 CrewMax and my good friend just bought it's twin.

Maybe that thick, cold Mass. air helps it better than the CA/NV desert air.

Thank you.

LOL, the only issue that existed was a low temperature (40ish F or below) stumble or power loss. A reflash took care of that problem for those that had it, I never did. No detonation or fuel issues exist since the ECU is flashed for the application, larger injectors are supplied, plus much more....This kit is VERY complete, it works very well every day, and it won't leave you wondering if it was worth it.

I replaced the stock part time transfer case with a full time unit from a 200 series. On road traction is no longer an issue. The swap was fairly easy, an output flange swap and some mods to the electronic shift actuator were required.

Brian would there be any disadvantage to having a fulltime transfer case, ie. Fuel mileage or wear and tear. Etc. Aside from on road traction what advantages do you gain from this? Lastly would this be a similar setup (not same part of course) to the new 4runner limited that has a full time case so would you realize the same advantages/disadvantages?
