Looking good. How much do you charge for the projectors? (Sorry if you posted it before and I missed it).

Sick looking ride! The roof rack really sets it off.

Thanks a lot! I feel like it's almost "done" but we all know that will never happen....

The price varies hugely upon what you are trying to accomplish and the parts list you decide to pick - I build them specifically for each individual. If you'd like the rundown, I'd love to chat headlights with yah! PM'd with an email address. Thanks

Those headlights are fantastic! Nice build!

Thanks a lot James!

I haven't been out wheeling or exploring much lately with the truck, other than a couple hours (as posted above) while on vacation in BC.

I did however pick up a new camera recently and have been out playing with it a little bit. Sorry for the poser shots and non toyota pics, but I thought Id share:

Trying out this "night photography" thing.... much to learn.

On another note:
Myself and my truck recently received a "semi-sponsorship" from SCS Wheels.(http://www.stealthcustomseries.com/)Needless to say, new wheels will be on the truck in short time. I'm looking froward to the new look and the quality of these wheels are superb. Not to mention their 16" F5 wheel weighs in at a skinny, 19lbs.

Awesome pics as always! What kind of camera did you pick up?

Also, here's a website you may be interested in if you're getting into night photography: http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/gallery/cambridge.htm I haven't been there in a while until I just went there to get the link, and it looks like it's become very commercialized compared to what it used to be. I used to spend hours on his site back 7-8 years ago when it was still pretty small, and was mostly dedicated to photography education, geared specifically toward long-exposure nighttime photography. Anyway, hopefully you'll find something useful there.

That's what got me interested...

Junk as always rickashay.

I think you should just follow suite as well. Like I said, Stealth 6!!!!!

Thanks a lot! I picked up a Canon 6D - their newest full frame. SO many more functions and the capabilities are 1000x better than my long-overdue upgrade from my old 450D (Rebel XSi). My XSi was/has been a great camera and a great learning tool but I found that within the past year it became a bit of a hindrance. So I made the large jump to full-frame territory and FINALLY started using RAW. I'm very pleased to say the least and even more stoked to get out there and shoot.

Thanks a lot for the link! I just glanced at it quick and I will definitely be combing over it more thoroughly when I get some time. Cheers!

Addison,
Great, well thought build.
CBI builds great bars.
The retrofit on the front lights is top notch.
If you are ever up in Calgary...drop me a line.

Haven't updated this in a while. Not much has changed on the truck other than new wheels. Oh, and I got some Lightforce 170's but they are now removed and FS - I just don't like the "classic offroad" round lights look on my truck. Going LED soon...

Pics of new wheels:

I've been looking for a camera storage solution that is easy/fast to access and I recently picked up a Thinktank Digital 20 v2.0 holster in hopes of remedying my "issue." I took a couple photos of my new ThinkTank holster today and thought I would show everyone what it looks like and give my initial impression. Build quality is fantastic and all of the incorporated gadgets like the rain cover are awesome.

It extends for use with a larger lens - regular position:

Expanded:

I mentioned I wanted to hang this off the gear selector but with my Ipad there it kind of interfered, so I came up with an alternate position which I think is going to work better. It keeps the camera out of the front seat/passenger area while still providing quick access and storage for the camera. I'm looking forward to testing it "on the trail" next time I'm out.

(ignore the purple bungee - if I like where it sits, I've got something more permanent to eliminate the eye sore and make it more stable)

Just thought I'd share for anyone looking for a good vehicle-based camera storage idea.

This is my favorite 3rd gen. Such a good looking build. Great photos and scenery always helps too.

Thanks a lot! It's always nice to see other appreciate the effort that has went into my old Toy.

I've got a question for you... I was just looking at your build over on 120, great 4th gen, they sure are growing on me. Your build is very functional and I like how clean you've kept it. I'm about to order a Hanma lightbar but am worried about glare off of the hood. You said you had the combo pattern? Did you get the BC series Hanma bar with the Cree LED's or did you get the regular B-series with the Epistar LED's? thanks

Man, I love the camera storage idea. I'm going to have to steal that idea, even if you are a cannon guy. :D
