But wouldn't that piss off the new owners of all those towers? AT&T sold them. They can't take them down, its not their property!
There needs to be a mapped database of all of these sites!
How about a referral system?I disagree. The more people that know about some of these relics the more likely they are to be vandalized. Unfortunately there are a lot of ************** in this world that can't respect these sites.

The advantages of being able to share these places with other responsible, trustworthy adventurers seem to be worth the potential "bad egg".
We have that now....its the network of friends and associates here on ExPo.
You see something you want to go to, you research all you can, and reach out to your friends and contacts here on ExPo and learn more from them. I recently put together exactly this kind of trip, where we didn't (initially) have any locations other than a general area, but after a couple of weeks of diligent searching, and reaching out to others, we got what we needed and had a great trip.
