Alaskan FG

PGGRS

Observer
Picked this up last summer & finally pumped it up to clean it up inside...

I bought it because of my interest in fiberglass campers, having owned a Northern Lite & Roamer truck camper along with too many to count Bigfoot truck campers & trailers over the years. I haven't seen much anywhere on these, apparently they were only made for a couple of years. This ones a '70 & is quite intact & mostly original. It'll need new cushions & seals around the body. And a good fiberglass polishing & waxing. I'll get to that when it warms up a bit.

It came sitting on an old Chevy pickup bed frame trailer that probably weighs as much as the camper. I think it would make a good compact expedition rig on a lighter trailer or a full size truck.

Interested to hear if anyone's got one on a truck or trailer.

I think I need a bigger truck!
That is quite a cool thing you have there. I can honestly say I have never seen one of that model before? Lots of Alaskan campers around here... but none quite like that. Great find.
