Re-redoing things the third time
Where did you get the longer end links from? I am really close to just saying screw it and fabbing a set.

Evolution Prototype and Design here in WA did the design and most of the work. They did a fantastic job. Per my specification, they made them beefy as hell. Main rectangle tube rock rail is 0.188" wall and the round tube is 0.120. 95 lb eachNice job on the sliders.

Because what is life if not to live in excess 😛Wow. So heavy. Why such heavy duty?

Considering the loaded weight on a Tundra, over-building a set of sliders is probably a good thing.
Good point...True but sliders are only as strong as the frame they are welded too. In the tundras case, it's not that strong lol.

In hindsight something like that would have probably been better. Distribute the forces along the whole frame... We'll see what happensI know that some sliders will help reinforce the face of the frame rail. When Cruisin Offroad built mine, they actually ran pull plating up the entire side of the frame and wrapped it around the bottom of the frame rail. I am quite certain they are the beefiest sliders I've ever come across, but like Jose said, I think the extra support on the frame side makes it worth it. The Tundra frames are a little flimsy.
