The local Pick n Pull yards usually have one or two Monteros, so I should be able to grab more. I don't know that they will all be as nice as this one. Likely they'll be straight but have surface rust.
The skid plates are $18 I think. The steel is $10. I could probably make complete ones for under $100.

Don't tell anyone, but I'm also working on front and rear diff guards. I'm waiting for a quote from the laser cutter.

Getting new shoes on Saturday at 4Wheel Parts. 35/12.5/15s going on!

The rear spring spacers just arrived in the mail yesterday.

Rear gears are ready to install.

Manual hubs arrived today from Malaysia. They'll go on tomorrow.

Aussie Locker front locker should be here tomorrow. Installing it in the new diff will be Sunday's project.

Yes, the front will get torqued to match the rear.

Apparently I lied. Just the switches light up. No heat. No worries though, the bouncy seats I have don't have heaters anyway.

Kirk- what was wrong with your heated seats? I have one that doesn't work, and one that works when it wants to.

I tried the Yijia Hubs, mine exploded driving in sand :( Luckily they were free, back to Aisin hubs :victory:

Kirk, keep your drive flanges in the truck for just in case.
