I wish I hadn't seen those switches. They look so good. Now I'm considering spending the $80 some odd dollars to swap out the Carlings.![]()
Toyota does their switching through ground, that is why they have very few electrical problems. So you need to connect the ground wire for your variable resistance wireif your using the power wire it won't dim. I wan't to say green with black stripe but I always have to refresh when I look.

I never ended up checking, but I suppose you can now confirm that the inverted shocks at full stuff have no interference with the axle or the mount?
I think it is green and white? I didn't get much time to test. What would I have to do, run that as a ground on the switches? I know it wasn't +12v
I screwed up by touching everything before I took a picture. There was very light contact between the 2.5" shock body and the shock mount. Just enough to sort of scuff the paint. I think the 2" shock would be fine. Looks like I'll have to get out the grinder again one day. Just kind of a stupid design by Toyota to have them angled that way that nearly everything is going to have some interference. I do have some dorky shock boots that I wanted to install though, and they would get eaten up by the shock mount.
