Anybody heard from Colorado Camper Vans?

After putting 20,000 miles on CCV's camper top, I'm certain I made the right choice for a Pop-Top. We have camped out in it many nights with the family and just my wife and I and it is all around solid. There's things I wish were a little different, like it coming down square on the van vs. to one side, that the paint and top were harder and more resistant to scratches from branches and such, but I easily overlook that. What the top is, is super convenient and in my opinion, good looking. Thanks to Derek, he saw it through, with time, that I was a satisfied customer. Thanks CCV for making my conversion possible.

Looks well loved for sure. Question...
20k miles ago was probably a long time ago, yet decided to post this reply... today. I don't suppose Derek prompted you to do this?

Very good looking Sprinter.

I'm sure there many more happy CCV customers than not - glad you are one of them.

I have been driving for decades now. I thankfully have never run anybody over. If I should ever happen to run someone over, and tell their family gee sorry I killed your loved one, but I drove for decades without killing anyone so I shouldn't be held accountable for this one.....?

Mistakes happen, and it's hard to please everyone so there are bound to be unhappy folks no matter how good your business is. How one deals with those mistakes and makes amends is what defines them. CCV needs to step up and stop screwing around.
EDIT- CCV has offered a refund

The top doesn't come down equally left and right (ie square), but instead tilts to one side as it comes down? Is there any adjustment in the mechanism?

Have them adjust the actuators... mine comes down much more evenly, still a bit cockeyed, but it is an improvement over the pictures I posted.

20k was accomplished in 8 months and to suggest that I've been prompted are fighting words in my book. I'm my own man with my own opinions.

Funny, most people would just say no, you chose to get indignant... such an emotional over-reaction to a respectful inquiry....interesting.
By the way...this ccv related thread isn't about quality or satisfaction of ccv customers, it was about if anyone heard from them. I believe you may have wanted the other one, where ccv's workmanship was questioned?
Well, either way hope you find the right spot. Nice van BTW.

First time posting on this thread and we are very interested in a CCV top for a Transit RB...one problem...most are out west and I'm stuck here working on the east coast. Any of you with a CCV penthouse in the NC/VA area in the near future? We'd love to get a first hand look at one.
