One of the things I am most impressed by is the broad range of products available from ARB now. You could quite literally open an ARB catalog and outfit a vehicle front to back with little effort, and you would know everything works together. Then just add you personal effects and some camping gear and head out.

How about a little fridge tech?
Unfortunately many new vehicles come with 12v accessory circuits that are not suitable for running ARB Fridge Freezers or other freezers on the market that have a low voltage shut off. To test these systems, ARB now offers a load tester that applies a constant 7 amp load allowing installation techs to test the circuits on vehicles to determine if the circuit is up to the task. The load tester is very simple to use. When plugged into a 12v outlet, the ARB load tester will first show you the no-load voltage at the plug.
No load at the factory 12v outlet in the cargo area of our 2011 Toyota 4Runner
To test the voltage with a 7 amp load, push the little red button on the load box (The button is under our hand model's finger). As you can see the voltage drops dramatically. This would not be suitable to operate an ARB Fridge Freezer or other freezers on the market with a low voltage cut off.
With a 7 amp load on the factory 2011 Toyota 4Runner 12v outlet in the cargo area, the voltage drops to 9.92 volts!
ARB offers a 12v harness designed to be hard wired to the battery for vehicles with inadequate 12v accessory circuits.

That's a helpful troubleshooting doohickey; the same thing could be done with a 2 ohm resistor and a multimeter.
