I created these in camera using multiple shot image overlaying.

Nice Trevor. Love playing with multiple exposures. Used to do it a lot with film but haven't tried digital. need to give it a shot.

Thanks! I've never really made use of the feature on my cameras before so I decided to experiment a little. Once I tried it I kind of liked some of the results I was getting.

As long as your experimenting, next time, keep the camera stationary and grab a moving object.

When I shot for the mags, I would use the technique with big sweeping bottom turns or airs. Tricky part was always getting the exposures correct with the slide film since you were exposing the same frame 5 or more times. Fun though. You've got me inspired.

Here are some shots from last fall in the Smokies. I've been going through last year's shots getting myself psyched for this year. ;-)

Awesome stuff Charlie, I'm heading out on the road for the next couple weeks to chase down the colours myself. Can't wait, the north of Ontario is just hitting peak.

I took this shot today to kick off my fall colour hunt.

Very nice series Trevor- always good to see you pushing boundaries. It certainly instigates me to more mischief.:)
Looks like the colors may peak early here as well.

I bought a Nikon D7000 over the weekend... took it out to Dinosaur Valley State Park to learn the camera.

Lesson one:

Don't forget the battery in the charger at home.....

So, I played with the camera this evening and produced these:

Pretty fun stuff playing with a new camera! :wings:

I like the depth of field you were working with in these.

I'm looking forward to your journey and the more to come.:sombrero:

Thanks! Depth of field is something that I really missed being able to use to the advantage of a good photograph when I only had a point and shoot camera.

Those shots were in the new landscaping a did in the front yard.... I need to get out into the town this weekend and take some shots.
