So Mario, on those FlipPacs, is the standard option no side windows like on your MJ?

I think it looks clean that way as well as being more private :costumed-smiley-007

Yes, no windows is standard. I prefer the added privacy. When the unit is deployed, plenty of light and visibility is provided by the tent.

Mario,

Any plans to have a version of this available for a TJ and or LJ with the rear seats removed? I'm thinking for those of us with hardtops and a roof rack, a flippac designed for the TJ/LJ platform would completely eliminate the need for a roof rack and subsequent RTT. And with a rear drawer system, we'd have no reason to ever go back home (assuming wife and family are with us, of course)! ;)

Are the website updates soon to be up? I believe you said that there is a six week lead time on build/delivery, How much of a deposit is required to start the process?

Web page will be up soon. Just fine tuning the content. Nice operational video will be included.

Yes, lead time is about 6 weeks. Deposit is 50%.

I will post here when web page goes up.

We are getting very close to starting the process... If I am reading the price sheet correctly, A 2001 Tacoma X-tra Cab Flip-pac with rain fly and Win-doors would run about $4615. Is that right? Would you prefer that this be discussed by PM or in another way?

I would like to add the LED area lights at a later time, it the Flip-pac wired for these or would that be extra as well?

Do the win-doors only lift open or is there a way to slide the window portion open with a screen fixed to the frame?

Sorry for so many questions, but it is a big purchase...

Any update on the rear awning?

I have a Shady Boy on the back of mine. Size is right, (forty inches wide closed, ten feet wide open) but it takes a little time to set up and does not handle strong wind very well.
