I need a keeper
I sometimes think I need a keeper and today was one of those times.
I had stuff to do this morning so I decided to show up for the open house part of the event. Since it ended at 10

M I decided to overnight there. Loaded the basics in the back of my Dormobile after I finished my morning must do's. Changed clothes, wrote the address for the event down and put it in my purse. Since I had not been South of Kichina village in I 17 I got out the GPS, grabbed my sunglasses and hit the road.
Just North of Sedona I had this sudden sinking feeling and flipped open my between to seat cubby box to discover that my purse with the wallet and event address were still on the dining room table.
AARRRGG!!!! I looked at the fuel gauge and decided that I might have enough fuel to make it home. I was going to refuel in Prescott.
So no idea of where in town I was going, no ID, no cash, no credit or bank cards, I took the first exit that would get me going back to Flagstaff
Sometimes I need a keeper.
