Do a front bumper that fits a DC without mods and the Tundra world will beat a path to your door.

They are 90inches long at the top edge, they angle back 2inches on the front and rear to allow rocks to slide under easily with out getting hung up on a blunt end. They start right behind the front mud flag and end 1/2 short of the rear wheel well opening. The main pinch weld tubing (squared tubing pictured) is going to be 1/2 inside of the pinch weld and is going to hang even with the frame so you still keep the same ground clearance as with out. The 4 feet are 1 1/2 square tubing and they are going to be welded to 1/4 plate. Im going to try and use two factory holes in the frame for easy alignment. Sorry for the upside down pic. it was to compare the frame to slider. Rain set me back today. Had my tools at my parents because I was building them something, and didnt have them at the shop. Hasnt rained in 90 days but the day I wash my truck and work outside it rains!. DONT JUDGE MY JACKSTANDS!! They do not reflect my quality of work!
well im working this weekend at the shop so I have monday-tuesday off, get ready for some real work to begin!! WHat angle do yall prefer the outer tube to have where it ties into the square main pinch weld tube? Im thinking just a nice 45 degree bend. Is that what yall prefer? visualy looks good and functions well too. I think a 90 is to blunt and you lose fender protection with anything less than 45.
Not entirely sure what you mean here, but I do like square tubing for the high lift compatibility. Also i like the idea of a rear kick out making a step to reach stuff in the bed.
