Spent some time in a Husky, Scout, Citabria, Piper Archer II, and Cirrus SR22 G7+ in the past weeks. I am enjoying getting seat time in different makes and avionics suites. Still leaning heavily towards a Husky or Scout for an eventual purchase, but the Maule and 170/180's are still on the drawing board as well.

Very clean Citabria panel! Which submodel is yours? I have been spending time in a 7KCAB, plenty of power but no flaps, so I am getting quite proficient on the side slip to final lol.

That’s a good looking plane. Mine’s a 7GCBC so I have flaps. Slips are still useful though even with the flaps.

7GCBC is a bargain in this segment. I am very seriously considering a 8GCBC.

I looked at a Scout. The extra legal useful load would have been nice but the price was a fair bit higher and the plane wasn’t in anywhere near as good condition.

I wonder if it is lifting something behind the DC-3. The perspectives don't look right to lift the plane... and being turbine converted it should be more than capable of flying itself. It isn't like it is a parts hulk...

I also don't think the CG is centered on the cockpit...

I wouldn’t begin to know how to use AI. Not that want to either.

Perspective and angles play. Chinook was lifting a container behind the basler, just thought it was comical. Although, the chinook can actually lift one if it wanted.
