Looks like i got lucky, apart from two days of cleaning everything up...

Made a spacer for the Espar to clear the floor and insulation:

So i removed the front bumper and started measuring:

Made some mounts:

Mounted it:

It`s a bit lower than i wanted it but the hood would hit the lights it it`be up higher.

Yes it`s 10mm flat bar. It`s not overkill, otherwise it`d flex under the weight of the high beams.

So are you running forced air and underfloor radiant heat?

Yes. But the air heater will mostly be used to dry clothes and stuff, and to boost up temperature. Main heater will be the hydronic, feeding the hydronic floor heating and a small heat exchanger.

So we started with the shower today:

While my father startet building the wood stuff i put in some wire tubes:

And spray foam insulation:

The lower part done:

Then i wired in the bilge pump:

Put some insulation on the wheel well:

And the windows:

My dad making the shower walls:

Put some slots in the back wall to bend it:

Cut the shower pan:

And mounted the drain:

Everything together:

Cutting down the big sheet:

And made the cabinet wall:

any info on the Bilge Pump you used and why you chose that one? Have not seen shower install before so just curious

I bought it off ebay. It`s rated for 600gph. The price was right and it seemed well build to me. Wouldn`t need it with a underfloor grey tank.

I bought some push lock locks but didn`t like the feel of the cheap plastic knobs. So i turned some out of brass:
