i saw you build thread first on MUD and was surprised to see CBI bumpers on your list. It looks awesome. Same here, I didn't like how current choices available here in US stick out in the front.

These look awesome.

Thanks t4rs! They will be made available shortly from CBI too

Just curious, are you going to retain the parking sensors and front camera w/ CBI bumpers?

Yep, that's the plan of record. Will post pictures when they are at that point.

I also plan to retain the rear, instead of relocating the factory BU camera they are installing a new one and wiring it in.

looking good man, still following this. CBI is good stuff, I have a rear bumper from them on my 15' TRDP and they are fabricating a propane tank holder for me now.

Thanks! More to come very shortly, we are in the home stretch so CBI is working around the clock. I will have a propane tank holder as well and some other goodies.

Front and Rear Update

Okay, it's only been a few days but feels like ages. :)

Here are a few updates of where Bear is at, still under the knife but the doc is moving along swiftly.

The front bumper gets some brush guards almost finished. The LED bar will be a 30" integrated into the bumper and you will be able to place another 30" LED bar just below the center upright:

The exhaust rerouted:

Exhaust barely noticeable and out of the way of obstacles:

wow! that moving along fast. I hope front bar doesn't block the headlights pattern for night use. Otherwise lines are looking great.

Yes, CBI has been spending MANY hours on this project, outstanding group and know how to deal with picky and pestering owners such as myself :coffee:.

Should not be too much of an issue. I will also have Rigid D2's in wide to replace the factory fogs, wired to OEM switch, as well as, ditch light brackets with D2 driving lights so I should be covered. Oh, yeah, and the 30" light bar. City driving should not be impacted at all, highway/country driving I should be able to light it up. :wings:

Almost there..

Well we are in the final stretch of the major stuff. We have skid plates cut and ready for fitment, rock slides out to powder, fuel tank ready to be cut and Steve is finishing up on the swing-aways. Here is where we stand today:

Man, that fab work is looking awesome! Pretty cool to have it all custom built and fitted to the body lines.

Thanks Dr.! I will have many more updates to post up after this weekend. Here in CBI Offroad in Idaho Falls now, then off to Equipt1 tonight and back to CA tomorrow. :)
