3/16" thick laser cut steel and folds flat. This thing will hold a real fire and should last forever. Small shop makes them so you would have to contact them for more details. That's my size 11 boot for scale.

I met the owner at a swap meet selling these and other stuff. He owns a metal fab shop and makes parts for desert racers. Probably not an internet sales guru but his other work all looked great. I'll email him...
