I followed this video.. worked great.

I believe you don't need the ave pro cal for this (or at least, i didn't).

went from wheel being at 10 o'clock, to being damn near 12 o'clock easily.

Roll (away form you if you are under the jeep) to the right, to get the wheel to go the left, pull it towards you.

Thanks for the video! The procal acts like the piece of yellow tape eltting you know when the wheel is center using the blinker arrows and highbeam light. It works like a guitar tuner.

Installed these bad boys tonight with the anti flicker modules. One of the last sets from Northridge at the lower price. I don't love how much they stick out of the housing. I wish they could look like OEM but be LED. We'll see how they do. I had to add electrical tape to the Driverside headlight to get it to fit snuggly. They also seem slightly smaller than the OEMs.

Does anyone know why my parking lights are staying on while driving? And after locking the doors. Does it have anything to do with the anti-skid light being on on the dash (which I think is on because the steering wheel is slightly off center after the lift)? I tried to recenter the steering wheel yesterday but ended up turning it the wrong direction. Hopefully, I corrected it today and the light will go off. Also, now the PS parking light is brighter and staying on but the DS one isn't.....

On an unrelated note, I picked up this bad boy today. Warn XD9000i for super cheap. It's corroded from living near the ocean. I'm hoping to wire brush it and rattle can it with some Gun Metal wheel paint I have, as well as replace the fairlead and cable with a hawse and synthetic. It works and all the connections are in good shape. The outside just appears to be corroded.

Did you accidentally program the lights as DRLs with the procal? Maybe delete the DRL settings with the procal and see if they go off.

Tried that today actually. Now just the PS one is doing it.

The good news about the Trucklites, they do seem much brighter. I drove down my usually dark street with the low beams and could actually see. With the high beams I could even see the old man wandering around the street at midnight.

They are an awesome upgrade. In places like where I live, Good lights save lives. You do not want to not see the infamous newfie speed bump. (Moose). Nice score on the winch. How you going to mount it?

With the warrior/Olympic mount you recommended. I talked to the original installer sounds like ill need lower profile fog lights. From my brief test tonight, the fog lights don't seem to help much with the trucklites. I'm looking at the street legal rigid lights or the JW speaker fogs, but I wonder if a good off road lighting solution exists.

That is a great winch! Congrats on the score.
If only the right turn signal light is on it may be that the steering wheel centering test with the procal was not exited correctly. Might want to double check. Did your ESP light go out?

I was waiting for you to post that tip, before I tried it... roflol!
Honest, I just read the instructions with the Procal this morning and thought to myself, "Klaus will post something".
I'll probably do this tonight, so if you don't have it figured out, I'll post up what works... or doesn't... for me.

OK, I just re-read the instructions, and saw the part where it says "Be sure to exit the mode properly by enabling either turn signal before removing the module."
So, if I understand correctly. Center the wheel, then turn the turn signal on left or right, before unplugging the Procal module.
It also says that if a clean exit was not done, just plug the procal module back in, enable the turn signals, and then remove the module, or just disconnect the B- battery cable.
Hth,

Scott, that worked for turning off the blinkers. The Skid light is still on. I wonder if that has to be reset with the battery.

Steeringwheel is straightish now. But now it's not recentering, pulls to the left and feels flightly at speed. I'm wondering if the 2.5" spacer up front isn't quite tall enough to take advantage of the AEV geo brackets, or if something else is wrong. I didn't expect a spacer lift to turn into a week long ordeal. I'm about ready to uninstall it and just go back to saving for someone else to install the 3.5 for me.

If you set the Procal dipswitch 1 and 4 up, with all the rest down, it will clear any trouble codes that don't have an active fault... according to the guide.
Might try that first, before disconnecting the battery.

I ran a diagnostics through the OBD port last night, and didn't get any codes either.
I get the feeling it would require a real scan tool, like the dealership software or the professional shop gear.
So I'd try those two things, and then a good google search.
