Nice build!!

do you have a long shot of the rear bumper with the reverse lights? I was going to do the same thing and want to see what it looks like. Have you done the bumper recall and if you have is there space behind the painted section to mount the lights? Thanks

I grabbed some photos for you.

Here's from the underneath side. In this photo the license plate would be on the right edge.

Whoa, that's a heck of a cheap price for drawer slides of that length. Good score

RIGHT?! Those slides can get crazy expensive. I've been very happy for these based on the price. Again, I wouldn't fully load them to 400lbs, but for what I have in there they have been great.

Just added a TRDP to the fleet last month. Definitely going to add some extra reverse lighting like yours. Do you have those lights on a switch or are they wired into the reverse circuit? Are they isolated with a relay?

great build! Out of curiosity, and a bit off topic, but what plan/approach did you follow to achieve the financial independence you referred to?

I started investing in cash-flowing rental properties in 2010 (age 25) and it took me just 7 years to free both myself and wife from our day jobs. I have a blog (goodlifeinten) all about it if you have more interest.

I've been looking at your blog a little bit as I also am a REI. Our approach is different, I invest in SFR trying to minimize debt so its taking me a little while but I'm building steam. Congrats on your accomplishments.

Awesome! Cool to meet another investor in here. Yeah my strategy is definitely to use leverage as I'd rather own 25% of 4 homes than 100% of 1. But if you're doing your own management 1 tenant is much better than 4!
