I can add my setup now. 1998 shell model.

2000 pound helper springs, Timbren load stops and heavy duty blistein shocks. Rides and handles great.

Truck is listed in my sig. I like the simplicity of the Timbrens. I don't have to worry about leaking air or filling for different loads.

I just love my 650 and I sure get lots of people requesting to look inside. Went to it from an older Alaskan followed by a Big Foot.
Much lighter and more modern. Just spent two weeks in it and going back out for one!!!
What's the door to the right of the shower port? I don't have that.

We love our 2000 TC850. The TC650 depicted has the small doors on the rear sides. That opens that entire wheel well area for long items. Broom.rake, entrance mat,on and on.
our TC800 has that feature.

The battery compartment. I just looked at pics of my 03 that I had and the battery compartment is in the same spot.

Got it thanks! My battery is next to the fridge near the front center of the camper. I would prefer the side location for easy access.

my new to me starcraft slide in
its been completely redone with 3/4 inch plywood. and all the seams have been sealed. it is not pretty but it is functional and watertight. also for $350 couldn't pass it up.
it will be going in my 98 ram v10 2500 4x4 when the transmission is put back together.

90droptop,
Sometimes it's about personal satisfaction and financial means. We started out with a 1974 Chevy and a camper shell that I built up. Those were the days.
Enjoy it !!!
