Ok, this is nice!

But also a question. Is it only for picture purpose, or can you really can anywhere like that, in the middle of a field with bison?

This is Nice!

And now, a question! Is it just for picture purpose, or can you really sleep anywhere in the fields with a tiny bison like that?

^The Badlands has a despersed campground (Sage Creek Campground) on the west side. No reservations, no fires, just show up and grab a spot. It's mostly tent campers as the dirt road was really rough for RVs. There are bison roaming around, and in fact, right before sunset they seemed to stroll through the campground like they meant to put on a show for us. It was a very unique experience!

Very nice. We had a similar experience on our way out to OVX West last Spring. We stopped at Caprock Canyon State Park in northern TX just south of Amarillo. The bison have free range of the park and mostly wander as a herd. They were moving from one area to another in the afternoon just as we were getting back from a hike.

As a bonus they have ground owls that set up over prairie dog burrows and just wait for someone to stick their head out.
