We need to be able to cook for up to four people. It has to be small enough not to take up a crazy amount of space.

Let me know what you think.:victory:

I just bought 2 of the all in ones and have to say i am extremely impressed with the design and quality. might be one of the best coleman has released in years

How is it for heat? The site shows that it only has a 5000 BTU output where the others are 20000.

I wondered the same thing. And then I stopped at some garage sales and thrift shops. I found some amazing deals on antique Coleman Stoves, Lanterns, Heaters... I couldn't just leave them there!

So I bought them, thinking I could just use these until I can decide. All of these are what we used when I camped with Dad when I was a kid. So it feels and smells like home.

Now I am a Collector!

Now I can't bring myself to buy a new one. I don't need one, and I don't want one. Do they even smell as good.....hehe

Here is my $5.00 Gold Tank 3 Burner Coleman. Can you guess what year?

By they way....I just remembered. I have not fired up this unit since 2005. It even has old white fuel in the Gold Fuel Unit. All I had to do to get it going was to pour some oil into the pump (the pump is new in 2005, I already replaced it) so it would pressurize. Then I pumped, and it fired right up! You can buy all of the replacement parts you need, to keep your antique Coleman units operating.

Left in original condition as I found it. Works perfect!

You could always do this until you can decide, so you can eat while you think. That's what I did.

And here is another good reason why I do this.

Almost all my camping gear was purchased used. The great thing is a lot of people get fired up and buy all this use it a few times then store it in the basement or attic for a couple of years. Eventually it winds up in a yard sale or at the thrift store.

And while you are cooking at night....you need to be able to see.

Coleman Lantern Care........

My almost brand new used one time garage sale Coleman Duel Fuel $5.00 Lantern, came with plastic case! All I had to do was clean it.

That's not a bad option. $149.00 at REI. -20% = $119.20 and free shipping. Would just need to get the legs and a 5lb tank.

i have one of those and love it,,,, big enough for full size cast iron,, small enough to pack up nice and square enough for a grill box.
