Well good news I got to drive it to the gym and I can report NO RATTLES. Thank Jesus, if it was rattling I would have probably gone total Jeremy Clarkson and destroyed it with a hammer. :sombrero:
Got the Jeep back from the body shop!
Really good shop in my area was able to replace the bent lower front cross member as well as replace the bracket that was bent to supports the AEV bumper. They did a really good job I have to say, looks like nothing happened... well except for the crush cans. Damn I got to get those replaced.

Speaking of crush cans, I was able to get a picture of the passenger crush can and wow that thing is gone. I do believe I will have to replace the AEV bumper in the future (Hopefully with another AEV bumper) as I am seeking cracks start to form all over the bumper... with rust.:Wow1:
I am going out to the ranch tomorrow so hopefully I will get a bit of wheeling in and maybe a little bit of overlanding? haha.
Man that sucks about the bumper likely needing replacement down the road, especially knowing the premium that AEV bumpers come at. Would be kind of neat if AEV honored some sort of replacement at a reduced cost so you don't have to buy the bumper twice. That being said, enjoy the ranch!:friday:
I think your SOL on getting a replacement since its due to accident damage. NOT manufacturer defect. AEV are on here...they should chime in soon!

The nice thing about OEM, AEV and ARB bumper is they are engineered to be a primary crumple zone.
If you look behind that cross member you'll see the frame horns are dimpled. This is done so that in a major collision, they compress back absorbing energy.
I would much rather have the bumper collapse and absorb the energy than the frame.
It looks like your AEV bumper did a good job in compressing/bending to save the frame rails.
Hard to beat that.
