Case Closed... both parties have reached an agreement on a full refund, with CCV buying my van too.

No more will be said on this by me, it's done and I am moving on with my life... decompressing, and figure out what I might buy, or spend more time on my vanagon that I am heavily invested in.

Thought I'd put in a good experience that I had with Derek an CCV. I had a lift, propane tank, and heater installed in my van. Everything went well and he even drove to meet me with the van in Estes Park as major floods had washed out the only access roads to where his shop is located a few years back. That's all I got. throw on.

^^^ I had my transaction with Derek during the same timeframe. he was also volunteering with local search and rescue during the floods so his response times wernt always good, but id expect that when youre assisting your community. during that time his wife relayed messages and was really good about getting back to me when she could. once things calmed down he was prompt with responses each time and im still a happy customer. always had time for my billions of questions. regardless, im glad to see this was resolved.

threads like this definitely have their place and are much needed for people to make educated decisions about any vendor, but seeing some of the responses in this thread from some of the members here remind me of the idiot kids fighting about which fartcan to install on their civics from the import car forums. was really hoping to see more adult reactions on this forum.
