What is the range of the wireless remote. I believe the most beneficial aspect of a wireless remote is setting a pul-pall solo. To make sure one gets the best and longest pull using the anchor, most are going to extend the line out as far as their winch line will allow.

Maybe your not competing in the Rain Forest Challenge, but you need a fast winch to get you through the bogs of Cape York, or across the flashflood plane in Southern Utah during your weekend adventure. The new SEAL Gen 2 9.5RSI is the winch to do it with impressive specs and features, fast line speed, and the "Intelligence Dashboard" to keep you informed of your vehicles batter condition in real time.

Just ordered a seal gen 2 9.5rs for my 100 series. Looking forward to getting it installed and hopefully having to actually use it very rarely.

I cleaned up a few posts. Interesting to see people comment negatively about a product they have never used.

I trusted my life to these winches, crossing Antarctica (twice). The winches were also purchased, not sponsored. . .

I also run a ComeUp winch on my daily driver (also paid for).

This is not intended as an exclusive endorsement, as I also run other winches on other vehicles. However, ComeUp is certainly a quality brand.

Did a little playing around with the new winch yesterday. There wan't anything really gnarly on the trail where we were so we just found some steep, loose hills. Gave me a chance to try out line speed and general workings of the Gen2 9.5rs.

Congratulations to Ben Swain from Slee Off Road and the rest of the crew for their Dirt Riot Mountain Series Championship win!!! Amidst many challenges just to be ready for Dirt Riot Race #3 in Grand Junction, Co they came out with a victory and enough points to claim the Dirt Riot Championship. They've been running a ComeUp Winch on their Ultra4 race car. For a team that expects only the best and performs at the top of their game, COMEUP is pleased to be a part of their great setup. Congrats again for the win !!! Slee Off-Road

I sank the 80 up to the frame in a muddy riverbed over the weekend. It was a good test for my SEAL 9.5rs since my 80 is on the heavy side and most people prefer a 12K lb winch on the 80s. Well we did one single line pull and the winch had no problem pulling me out even though we had tried to snatch the truck out with a strap and my buddies 200 series. During the snatch attempts you couldn't even feel the strap go tight, the truck didn't even budge. I was stoked that the winch had no trouble getting us out. I'm really impressed with these winches.

Anyone in the PNW that can come by Mule Expedition Outfitters this Saturday (Sept 19) in Issaquah, WA will be able to learn some good stuff about winch recovery in the winch recovery class being taught by Marc Bowers and we'll answer any questions you have about our winches. Should be a great time.
