Cutting the rear section off an SUV to build a camper box

I’m a big fan of building what you want. Of course what you want might be more difficult to build than something else but something else isn’t what you want.
 
So what you're saying there exists an ideal 4WD camper and therefore no value in an individual's needs or vision.

Im not saying anything of the sort and I thank you to not put BS strawman arguments forward as my own. I'm perfectly capable of putting forward my own BS strawman arguments.
 
GM did this in the 1970s with the Blazer Chalet and the Jimmy Casa Grande. They replaced the standard top with a high roofed camper.
