Here are some pics of a bumper made by Armorology. This is the type of design I'm going for but unfortunately I hear that they do not ship their products so you must bring the vehicle in... Thats a problem for me since I'm in SoCal so I will have to seek some local fab help. Anyway, what do you guys think of this design for my truck?

I first saw that design a few days ago and can't get it out of my head. If you find a shop in SoCal that can build something similar, please let us know. I'm trying to figure out how they cut the rear quarter panel for such a clean fit?

It's funny. That bumper design is all the rage right now for new Tacoma owners. I completely agree with you. The clearance on the sides of the bed, and extending the steel all the way to the tire is exactly what I would like. Throw in the swing out tire carrier, and I'm sold.

Very nice bumper. Do the side protection panels tie into the frame as well?
