Update on Busted Winch
An update on the busted winch. In spite of their original promise to replace it under warranty, Kimberley is apparently not going to do so; and has stopped responding to emails and faxes on the subject.
When I reported this to WARN, they came back with a compromise; and asked me to send it to an authorized repair center where WARN would supply any parts at no charge, and I will be responsible for the labor.
