This link got posted up on the Sprinter Source as the cabin can be purchased with a flatbed Sprinter for motive power.

These cabins don't look like they'd hold up to off-pavement use, but there are some ideas to be had regarding floorplans, equipment and mounting. And something like it would make a pretty interesting on-road RV.
