...me too! I'll buy a round at the Raven for a chance to check out your new digs!

I'll be in preskitt in a couple weeks for a bit of 'yak action on Watson lake...the g/f wants to check out the Raven....we should get everyone together for a evening of food, beer, friends, and checking out Scotty's new ride.....

Scott,

Are you going to be able to stop in ABQ for Lunch/Dinner/Something on your way back to AZ?

I was dreaming about that thing last night.

There has been a lot of discussion on the board about how much those cost, but looking at the going rates for some other vehicles (like a Defender 110 or rebuilt Land Cruiser), I have to say the is the EarthRoamer is starting to look like a serious value as well as a premium product. As I mentioned the other day, there are a lot of people like me who are more interested in exploring than building and would pay a premium for a turn-key platform.

Still, my issue with XV-JP's remains the size. For me (that means my intended use, my family, me me me) I feel a little like Goldilocks, the LT is too big, but the JP still seems too small.

ER should make some sort of skirt/enclosure that attaches to the opened tent to expand the living area around/in the vehicle, similar to Eezi-Awn.

I'm quite certain ER did not design the JP with anything more than a very close couple in mind. I haven't been able to dream up a better new family rig than a Powerwagon/4WC combo or a JK pulling a AT Clamshell.

Looks great - ER should add pics to their site of white ones. I think looks better than green.

That thing looks pretty sweet. Post some pics of it out on the trail this weekend, since you're heading in the wrong direction and I wont be able to see it for a while.

Are you taking it to the LR Nat Rally?

It will be at the LRNR :)

And, it is officially finished. We just tested all of the systems, and all is working. It will need some new coils in the rear for sure, given the weight.

Scott, where in So. Cal. maybe I could chase you down to check it out, or just buy you some hops at a local pub.

Looks great......congrats.

that looks awesome in white. seems sleeker somehow. saw the reference to Steens - you might check in with the NWOS folks; they had a big trip out to that area recently and a couple of 'em are pretty familiar with the routes.

And a big thanks to Tim (SOAZ) for all of the hard work in Denver. Could not have finished this up on time without you!

Many thanks from Danica and I to you Scott, for the oppurtunity.

I can barely move my body after more than one 16 hour days working hard, but the finished product is worth it.

I can say from experience that these guys do not cut one corner. Not one item is used because of cost savings. At this level every item used is the best they can find or make themselves. I was amazed at how much is made in house. If they want something unique, they just make it.

Class act. Anyone with doubts or questions about these trucks feel free to ask me. I've never worked so hard or slept so well.

Enjoy Scott. She's your new baby!

Its 10:30pm and I'm enjoying a late beer and we just finished her and another EV-JP that will be headed to south america.

Time to go and have some fun in Leadville!
