Bingo! This is something I need to address in my 80 as well. My rear passenger side shock squirts oil on compression =) We it used to - it might be empty now :)

When do you get the new shocks on? And were you at REI in costa mesa on Saturday?

Im hoping the new shocks come in today. I did not get tracking info from ARB. We'll see what the Man in Brown will bring today (Also ordered a AO awing).

I really hope this cures the issuse, it seemed to cure the issue in my old SMB.

We'll installed the new shocks last night and what a world of difference. The initial sway is totally gone. I have yet to get up to speed on the freeway and see if it is truly eliminated but so far so good.

The ride quality has increased a ton. The smaller ruts and bumps on the road are not as cabin shaking.

So a freeway test is in order but overall Im VERY impressed and would recommend the new Nitro Sport OME's.

Thanks again ARB!!!!!

Well after a little more than a week and the sway is all but gone. At freeway speeds its solid, this was my main concern when dealing with sway.

Over the lovely LA pothole strew roads it's a bit more "bouncy" but its not that big of a deal.

Now back to other non-esential mods :victory:
