Leaks up high where it closes or leaks at the truck bed/shell interface?

Are you talking about the corners where the base of the FP contacts the top of the truck bed rail ?
If so, a good shot of RTV silicone or similar, inside and out at those points should take care of the problem.
I had those problems early on with my ATFP, and IIRC so did TacoDoc. This took care of it.

Im chasing a leak on my drivers side that soaks the carpet on the mounting flange, I thought it was coming in from the shell to bed seal. Turns out after pulling off the inside window trim it is the seal between the outside window frame and the shell. Its coming out on monday for a silicone treatment. Just something else to check

On my old shell, before the flippac, it leaked where the sliding window made contact with the rubber seal that the window slides against. It did this on both sides. To find the source of your leak, have someone spray water in certain areas while you are inside or get one of those nozzles that telescope and you might be able to spray water and watch at the same time.

This is essentially where the water settles in the aforementioned corners. My FP leaks from the top where it folds and meets the top of the sides of the shell. Then the water runs down and pools on the flat (flange) area atop the frame.

I had the same leak. Inside r/side window ,the carpet inside would get wet/damp lower flange, you could see a faint line from the leading edge of the side window, I silicone it =no leak. At the rear door it seem water would drip down and get the sides wet. will fix next week. hope this helps.

Have you gone around that top seal with something like a credit card or even a plastic business card trying to see where the seal might be weak by sliding the card between the seal and the seating surface. I tried that and my corners are tighter than the middle going down the sides or across the back. Also is your tent wet in those areas when you open it? Have you tried snugging up the latches at all ? and make sure the rubber seals are securely stuck down and overlap each other in the corners. By the nature of the top and the way it seals I think they all will have some leakage at some point in the right conditions and all we can do is to make sure it is kept to a minimum and gets a chance to dry out as soon as possible. I have no leaks up top right now but see evidence of them in the past, but I have no idea how this old flip was treated in the last 15 years or so?

I have not tried the credit card test. It does appear the leaks are at the corners. The latches are cinched all the way. I've known about at least one leak for a while. It was not until I climbed in during a rainstorm that I noticed the other two. I recently (last week) laid down a new strip of foam tape along the sides on top of the bottom (does that make sense) part of the shell, the small aluminum railing to help prevent the leak and dust which I knew about.

I know lots of people have had bad service from Flippac but in my few dealings with them they were easy to get a hold of by phone and were happy to answer questions and even call me back as promised when parts came in. I would talk to them and see if they have an idea or two, Yours looks like a fairly new unit it should be tight. Who knows they may have had a bad batch of rubber seal or some New guy doing assembly incorrect or some other oddball thing ? Worth a try.
