I came here to post the same thing. It looks like he built it to sell it given he bought the van in January 2015, that it's listed in Seattle, but registered in Arizona and stored in California. He doesn't have a price on it but says it's "going to auction" tomorrow. Hard to tell if it's a curbstoning quality build or if this guy builds them to sell them as a side business.
