... supposedly this one was fully bulletproofed, ARP headstuds and all. Makes you wonder what went wrong or what the rest of the story is. I'm a believer that mild improvements to the 6.0 that emphasize durability over performance are the way to go...It's scary that no matter how nice a van is or how much is into it, selling it with a problem in the engine means you'll be lucky to get pennies on the dollar. Some mechanic might buy it and fix it, if he has a shop and tools and his spare time. But a potential owner looking for a rig to take out and enjoy? Dropping a new engine in is serious money.
