Nice!

Now you can have ice cold cervezas AND dry food!

Glad I had a chance to meet you and your navigator at the LR 60th in Irvine! I live close to this event so I'm usually there about every 5 weeks to check it out. Its amazing to see the diversity of cars that show up every Saturday morning.

Here's a link to a site that features pics from most car events such as this (Cars & Coffee) in SoCal.

There were some nice LR rigs to look at (as at the MVLR Open House) and I certainly appreciate the roof rack info you gave me. I will definitely put that on my 'Rover-To-Do' list.

It was a pleasure to meet you and your wife, I hope our 4x4 paths soon cross!

Peace - Out!

Sand Ladders

Found them buried in the dirt at work and thought it could be useful to have them around.

Cool old landing track used by the Air force, we use them to extend our launch slips on the Snake River, environmentally friendly and can move/pull them due to water levels. They are heavy but good luck trying to break one.

Yeah, I have been around these things for awhile... seems like these and ammo cans are always in abundance.

It was fun digging them out of the ground.

Richard,

I'm not sure how I will mount them yet... I will need to mount the tent on the rack and then go from there.

So, Where do you work that you have these laying around in the dirt!?

Military bases use these to improve surfaces where things will be parked and they are left just laying around until they remove them.
