not to mention placing a pile-o-exhaust gases under the middle of your vehicle, not great for slow travel .
plus it can really heat up your floor, both not great for little guy rear passengers...

As you can see the ends do not extend below the rear axle, they are less likely to snag than say the factory set up. If you notice, several other things will snag before that does.

The seat doesn't get warm and with the lift the fumes don't linger underneath the vehicle very long. Thanks for your concern, Marc.

Those exhaust gases will also give a lot of corrosion issues underneath. I would move it out to stock and if you are dead set on dual exhaust I think someone in texas did it to there d2.

It's the gasses you dont smell that would concern me. How long have you had it like that? My concern would be being at idle for a bit and Carbon monoxide entering the cabin.
