Gas Delica yeah or nea?

I’ve got a friend looking at a ‘98 gas Delica. Going to check it out with him. Anything to look for? 10k reasonable ask?

I’ve heard gassers are peppier, but are they worth just as much?

Parts availibility worse or better than diesel?

I've been eyeing that "newer" generation for years and waiting for 25 years to catch up with the ones from 1994 so they can come stateside. Let us know how the gas drives compared to a diesel, I've never been in either.

Never driven either. Only have experience with Toyota, Domestic, and Rigs. No experience with any Mitsubishi products.... other than my 32 lb alternator.

Ha! That 215 amp hunk of iron is a beast. Took me awhile to figure out the sequence of moves to get it out of the ambo for a rebuild, and then the same struggle to get it back in. The added ambo wiring harness didn't make things any easier...
