I'l put it on my list of "projects" I wish hey had a late model Ford van body though...

Late model ford van would have to be a custom body... which will soon be possible when I get my vacuum forming machine put together. I dont know what the Lunchbox body van is supposed to be. GMC maybe... like the A-team van. :ylsmoke:

Very impressive build Master Chief!

I'm a gamer at heart what can I say... besides Spartan117 wouldn't be caught dead in a winnebago.

I think it is a mid 70's Dodge.

Sealing up the top….. == Oh scale god of everything perfect…. Please look over this sealing, watch over the contents within and hinder anything of danger useless and like putty in it's path… Amen!

Sealed & Running Light test.

Hard Coating the Cell Foam Exterior

It was a pain to find a hard coat for foam, that didn't require some $2000 spray gun. Plasti-Paste™ by Smooth-On end product is great, but I'm new to working with it. It's a 3:1 two part mixture that has about 8-10 minutes of workable time. Anything over 3/8” thick is rubbery-hard in 8, thin layers take longer to activate. It heats up, but after multiple test samples, and having so much courage from the sealing…. It was on.

Hard coat activation caught me off guard.

I know it doesn't look like much work, but I've been sanding for 10+ hours. Going to get some sanding pads for my cordless sander, unless anyone knows where to find smurf sized auto body tools…

This thing should be finished within a month or so....

Very detailed work, looks amazing.

Looks like no more online updates until the magazine <rc car action> spread is finished.
