All wiring in the camper for each device/load are home-runs for both hot and ground to the fuse panel.

but you don’t have it wired to the truck frame as a ground wire (like the truck battery often is)?

I’ve noticed a lot of campervan builds ground to the van chassis.

The only thing connecting the electrical between truck and camper is a 2gauge hot and ground. From battery in the truck to battery bank in the camper. Zero chassis grounds involved.
