Classic camper, and not that beat up. If the interior is good and not much water leak evidence it's a nice find. If it came from Ft. Lupton and is still in CO Springs, it might have had dryer climate it's whole life.

I opened the door and just peered inside, and it didnt really look that bad from the little I could see since I didnt rais e it up for a good look.

I was just amazed it was where it is at when I saw it.
