I can’t believe it’s been a year since I’ve posted any progress on the bus. The first half of ‘24, I was busy doing other vehicle work. I fully rebuilt the brakes and front suspension on my truck and did a manual transmission conversion and on my son’s Frontier.
Anyway, on to what you came here for. I finished the rust repair on my floor and painted it with Chassis Saver.
Then I glued down 3” of XPS rigid foam insulation.
I didn’t glue down the Advantech subfloor because I planned to install hydronic heating first.
I realized I might hit a pipe while bolting in the furniture, so I decided to go ahead and fabricate all that first and bore the holes.
More to come!
