We have made hundreds of them, for EarthCruiser products. One offs builds are not the same as production, two completely different animales. Putting the financial and time investment aside what professional vehicle builders design for there commercial application is not the same as home DIY project. I can say to have the sign off from FUSO in Stuttgart took 18 months for our design. The level of engineering documentation they required was well, German as one would expect. Thanks again for the comments.

What's over the entry door, now?The standard approach the supplier used for mounting all electrical switches and monitoring screens was "over the entry door". I did not like that. However of the three over the kitchen counter upper cabinets, two are mostly consumed by electronics. So two thirds of the space is now lost to habitat storage.
