Nice work on the drawers, but, I thought the point was to stash everything away? That pelican perched up there will be the death of you in an accident.

I ran low on money over spring break so it's not 100% complete yet. I plan on installing the Core-Trax slide-n-lock system on top of the box.

Things that i still want to do would consist of:

carpeting the drawer fronts
Core-Trax
one more Pelican 1500
Coleman Steal Belted Cooler(Would fit perfect as the extreme series is too long vertically for the top)

Almost a done deal, but nothing is ever fully finished with this kind of stuff. You just think of something else and try to incorporate it when you can! Thanks for the interest!

What has happened to this forum? I am not usually a proponent of heavy-handed moderating but I am really losing interest here because it is slowly degenerating into a mirror site of DiscoWeb.

Can we please tighten up the reigns on this community?

I have removed several posts here. Call it heavy handed if you like. Play nice, or take it somewhere else.

yikes, i can't ever see this site being another dweb. But I've gotta say, there is more useful information on Dweb than any other rover board on the net. Sure, you have to wade through a lot of crap, but that's just dweb. Anyone who comes on dweb and complains about that gets hammered, and rightfully so. Some folks just need to grow up.

Now, that said, I'm personally very happy about this site being moderated the way it is. It's nice to be able to post on a forum where people aren't just downright cruel all the time!

To be fair, I did not ask for a hand out, but I wasn't fighting it when they cut out some of my/and others posts. I really like the fact that this site is moderated. On the other subject, Dweb is a joke in my opinion. It's a bunch of older guys acting like 12 year old's (Minus a few friends on there :)) picking on people that are different from them or differ in opinion. I found it funny for awhile, but now, it seems to learn anything on that site you have to sift through the archives as the most recent threads are just personal vendettas expressed through the internet, which is sad.

I know it's fun to go there and play "Dirty," and then be "Nice/Considerate" on here, but in the end aren't you just trying to portray yourself? I can guarantee you that I am the same person in real life as I am on here. To each their own I guess.

I may have missed something, but how do you have the drawer box restrained in case you really bite it and roll the thing over?

It's attached to the car. I can't afford to go through that process in case I have to take it out for any reason. Plus, If i roll it, I think that the box being destroyed is the least of my problems :ylsmoke:. I know a lot of people make their cargo boxes permanent, but I don't deem it necessary right now.
